Cleansy started with one guy, one truck, and a promise to do the job right. I'm Greg — I came to Sarasota with a background far from pressure washing, and I built this company from scratch because I believe a clean property is more than looks. It's comfort, pride, and peace of mind.

Is pressure washing safe for my home?

Yes. We match the method to the surface — low-pressure soft washing for roofs, siding, and screens, and controlled pressure washing for concrete and pavers — so we clean effectively without causing damage.

How often should I pressure wash or clean my windows?

Most homes benefit from a full exterior cleaning once or twice a year. Homes near the water, under trees, or in high-traffic areas may need more frequent visits to stay ahead of algae, pollen, and salt buildup.

Do you use eco-friendly cleaning solutions?

Yes, we use eco-friendly, biodegradable cleaning solutions that are tough on dirt and mildew but safe for your landscaping, pets, and family.

What surfaces can you clean?

Windows (interior & exterior), roofs, siding & stucco, driveways, walkways, pool decks & pavers, lanais & pool cages, gutters, and more.

Do I need to be home during the service?

Not usually. As long as we have access to the exterior of your home (and water/power if needed), most jobs can be completed without you present. We'll always follow up with photos and a summary.

How is pressure washing priced if it's not on your price list?

Pressure washing, house washing, roof soft washing, and paver sealing all vary based on square footage, surface condition, and material — so we price those on-site or from photos, free of charge, before any work begins.
